6 Steps to Creating Success Through Visualisation Mind Art.
1. The Body Scan
Close your eyes gently and scan your body from the bottoms of your feet to the top of your head , relaxing each part of the body. A body scan practice allows you to let go and become more present in the body.
2. Breath Focus
Take a slow, deep breathe in and slowly exhale out. Do this 5 times, focusing on your breath.

After your breathing exercises, ask yourself what do you really want? What do your want to experience in a year?

Now visualise and feel what it would be like to achieve and realise your success. What do you notice? What does it feel like in your body? What sounds can you hear? Breath life into the picture you have created .
